Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from SLYK by Prehab. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Delivery

Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation has been received. Deliveries are made to the ground floor of the specified delivery location. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and address details, and delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information may result in additional delivery time.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged within three days of purchase where there is a size issue. Exchanges are subject to availability and may be made for another eligible pair where applicable. All returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. SLYK reserves the right to refuse an exchange where the item does not meet the required return condition.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered where the product was damaged at the time of purchase or delivery, or where the customer purchased an incorrect size and the required replacement size is unavailable. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or items returned without proof of purchase. All refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by SLYK.

Refund Currency

All approved refunds will be processed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR), regardless of the currency used for the original payment, including USD. Any foreign exchange differences, bank charges, or payment-processing fees will not be covered by SLYK.

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt, invoice, or other acceptable proof of purchase must be provided for all exchange and refund requests.

Final Decision

SLYK reserves the right to assess each exchange or refund request individually. Approval will be subject to these Terms and Conditions, the condition of the returned item, and any applicable consumer protection requirements.
